1. How should I take it?
Attach it to the roof of your mouth whenever and wherever you want.

According to the clinical results, there are many results of taking 500-1000mg/day of glutathione is recommended for oral intake. However, Glutathione Direct product is a film formulation that can be absorbed through the mucous membrane, and the vascular mobility of glutathione is 8 times higher than that of oral intake.
