1) At what age can I start taking it?
We recommend starting in your early to mid 20's!

2) How often should I take Collagen Jelloskin Solution?
It all depends where you are on your journey! If you’re new to collagen supplements, start with 1 serving daily while your body adjusts. Once you’re in the habit of taking it, our guidance is:

24-35 - once daily
36+ - twice daily

Gradually build up to 2-3 servings (6-9g) per day over 12 weeks, depending on your desired routine. With all supplements it depends on your body, so be mindful of how you’re feeling and dose appropriately!

3) Can I take this supplement if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
