1. When should I consume BNR Queen?
When you reach the age when you are more concerned about menopause, you can start to consume it. By consuming it even before you experience menopause, it can help you to balance your hormones issues and aid in your menopause period more smoothly.

Furthermore, every individual has their menopause at varied timing along with minor changes that might go unnoticeable. 2. I am unsure if I have menopause or beginning to have menopause, should I take BNR17 or BNR Queen?
As long as your main concern is Menopause, it is recommended to consume BNR Queen Probiotics. Please do not consume both probiotics concurrently.

3. Can I consume this together with BNR17?
It is recommended to consume either BNR17 or BNR Queen since both products guarantee 10 Billion CFU.

4. Can I consume this if I have diabetes or high blood pressure?

5. Can I consume this if I am a vegetarian?
BNR Queen contains BNR17 which have milk components so they are NOT vegan friendly. As there are different types of vegetarians, it would be best for individuals to check the ingredient list or with a doctor before purchasing or consumption.

6. Can I consume this during my usual timing while travelling?
An experiment on the product's stability at room temperature or above has been conducted and the amount of live probiotics was still stable at about 30℃ for 7 days.

After 7 days, they were still stable at 5℃ of the changed condition for another 7 days. As such, customers may travel with BNR Queen Probiotics for a short time but they should keep it refrigerated again when possible.

7. Should I consume this or BNR17 during my menstrual cycle?
For individuals who do not suffer from menopausal symptoms, they may consume either BNR17 or BNR Queen.

8. Will my weight bounce back if I don’t continue?
As each individuals' body system may vary, it may differ. There are no reports of such cases. It is recommended to consume probiotics in the long run along with an active lifestyle to ensure good gut health!

OTHER THINGS TO TAKE NOTE
- When taking this product, please avoid taking antibiotics and foods that are generally unhealthy, such as alcohol and tobacco.
- As BNR Queen Probiotics is a lactobacillus product, there may be occurring cases of diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal swelling, etc. This is a symptom of a temporary change in the intestinal environment and it would revert back to normal after two to three weeks.
- For individuals who consume BNR Queen more than 3 months: Individuals who take BNR17 for more than 3 months can have continuous weight loss. However, the amount of weight loss may vary among individuals.
