WHAT IT IS
A pore-tightening mask that uses a powerful pore cleansing effect from ingredients like sea silt mud found in nature. The PHA ingredients gently melt old dead skin cells to create a smooth skin texture without irritation.

HOW TO USE
1. We recommend using it as a pre-cleansing step. If you have makeup on your face, remove it with a makeup cleanser first.
2. Remove the white film and place mask on the face, aligning it with the eyes and nose
3. Place the mask on your face, then remove the transparent film
4. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the mask when it begins to feel tight
5. Rinse off with lukewarm water to remove any residue

Usage Precautions: Be sure to read the instructions and precautions before usage.
1. Consult a specialist if there are any abnormal symptoms or side effects such as red spots, swelling or itching when using cosmetics or direct sunlight after usage.
2. Refrain from using it on injured areas.
3. Storage and handling: Keep it out of reach of children. Keep it away from direct sunlight.

1. How many times can I use it in a week?
It is suitable for daily use during the hot summer months when sebum production increases. However, for dry or sensitive skin, we recommend using it 2-3 times a week.

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?
We recommend using it as a pre-cleansing step. If you have makeup on your face, remove it with a makeup cleanser first.

If you have really sensitive skin, it’s better to prep your skin with toner or serum so that your skin is well hydrated before you use the mud mask

Apply the mask pack to fit the contours of your face before the cleansing step, leave it on for 15 minutes, and then remove the sheet and rinse with lukewarm water when you feel a tightening sensation.

4. What is the scent like?
It is fragrance-free.

5. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin/ eczema skin/ acne-prone skin and individuals with rosacea?
This product has passed the skin hypoallergenic test, making it suitable even for sensitive skin.

6. Will there be essence dripping from this mask (like other masks)?
It has a dense, non-dripping essence with a firm texture.

7. Is there a need to apply skincare after this?
Do apply your normal skincare routine after using the mask.

8. Is it vegan?
It is not a vegan product.

9. Recommended age group’s usage?
It can be used by all age groups.

10. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
It is a low-irritation formula that does not contain silicone-based ingredients or synthetic emulsifiers. However, for infants under 24 months or with sensitive skin, we recommend seeking professional advice before use.

As it is also a sensitive period, we would still recommend you to test the product on your wrist before using it or check with your doctor before purchasing.

11. Can I keep the mask in the fridge?
Storing it in the refrigerator 15 minutes before use can provide a cooling effect, helping to shrink pores.

12. Does the mask have any cooling sensation when put on?
The mask sheet itself does not have a cooling effect.

13. Can it be left on overnight?
Please remove the sheet when you feel tightening. Leaving it on for more than 30 minutes may cause skin irritation.

14. How does the skin feel after removing it?
It helps to improve skin tone immediately and makes the skin texture smoother.

15. How long should I use the mask to see significant improvement in my skin?
Even using it just once can provide an immediate skin improvement effect, and using it consistently for two weeks can help improve sebum/oiliness.

16. Can I use retinol after using the LUVUM Pore Reset line (Mud Mask/ Ampoule)?
It is recommended for both retinol and LUVUM Pore Reset line to be used separately as using retinol with potent exfoliating ingredients like AHAs or BHAs can lead to irritation.
