Q1. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin?

A1. This product has been tested for skin irritation and is certified safe for people with sensitive skin. The degree of sensitivity can vary for individuals. If your skin is extremely sensitive, kindly refer to the full ingredients list and check with your dermatologist before placing an order.


Q2. Are these products safe for pregnant & breastfeeding ladies?

A2. Yes. However, since it is a sensitive period, we strongly advise you to check with your gynaecologist to be extra careful.


Q3. Can I use it on other areas of my face? When do I use I.e. at which step?

A3. Yes, you can use it on any fine line areas such as smile lines and neck wrinkles! We recommend applying the Eye Serum at the last step of your skin care routine.


Q4. How's the scent and texture like?

A4. There is no fragrance added, and it is formulated as a super lightweight serum!


Q5. How long can 1 tube last?

A5. One tube can last about 5-6 months, depending on your usage amount.


Q6. How much product to use each time?

A6. One pump is enough for both eyes! You may do a pump each for smile lines and neck wrinkles as well.


Q7. How to tell if Eye Serum has been well absorbed?

A7. After patting product into skin (gently with your ring finger only), you will find that the serum is absorbed into your skin. A good way knowing if it has been fully absorbed is that your fingertips do not feel damp anymore!
