WHAT IT IS
A highly concentrated, low-irritation vitamin ampoule containing 135,000ppm of pure Vitamin C that transforms dull skin into its original clear and bright skin. It not only solves concerns about blemishes but also provides a bright glow from within.

*Although Luvum products have been researched and developed to be hypoallergenic, you may feel a stinging sensation due to the nature of Vitamin C. This will gradually disappear after the adaptation period.

HOW TO USE

Open the ampoule cap by slowly twisting it.
Replace it with the enclosed dropper cap. (Aspirate the contents once with the dropper and then attach it.)
For 2 weeks of adaptation, at the last step of your skincare routine, apply evenly over your entire skin using the amount drawn from the dropper once.
After the adaptation period, you can use it at the first step of your skincare routine, but the amount to use will remain the same.

*Avoid using on wounds, troubled areas, and shaved areas.

*May cause irritation when used with products containing exfoliating ingredients such as AHA, BHA, and PHA, and high-content retinol ingredients.

TIP

Write the date of opening on the box to keep track of your usage.
We recommend using within 2 months after opening.
To keep the opened product fresh, you may keep it refrigerated.
Open the bottles one at a time to maximise freshness. Store in refrigerator or cool place.
When storing in the refrigerator, you may feel that the dropper does not rise well due to the contents clumping together. For more convenient use, shake the contents well before use.

Usage precautions:
1. Since the high-content pure Vitamin C is sealed, a sound may be heard when opening and gas may be naturally generated, so open and close the lid once every 2-3 days.
2. We recommend using it within 2 months after opening or as soon as possible.
3. Although it is a product with reduced irritation, you may feel irritation on the area of application due to the nature of Vitamin C products.
4. Be sure to close the cap after use and store.
5. It can help maintain the freshness of Vitamin C when stored in the refrigerator after opening.
6. To prevent the unique colour of the vitamin tree oil from transferring to clothings or beddings, use an appropriate amount and allow to absorb sufficiently.

Q: Do I need to apply sunscreen after applying the product?
When protecting your skin from everyday light such as visible rays, UV, and blue rays, you can skip applying sunscreen after using the product. However, be sure to apply sunscreen when going out.

Q: How long can I use one box of the product?
One box contains a total of 3 bottles, and each bottle can be used approximately for 1 to 2 weeks.

Q: Is this suitable for pregnant/ breastfeeding ladies?
Although this is a hypoallergenic product with reduced stimulation, we recommend using it after consulting a specialist as pregnancy is a time when many hormones are secreted.

Q: Can I use it with other skin care products?
There is no problem in using it, but it may cause irritation when used with exfoliating products such as BHA, PHA, AHA, or high-content retinol products. If you want to use it with products containing the above ingredients, we recommend using it in the morning and evening or by day of the week.

Q: What is the expiration date?
Although it is indicated separately for each product, it can usually be stored for 24 months before opening, and it is recommended to use it within 2 months after opening.

Q: Is there a way to clean the dropper?
In general, you can use up all of a bottle in a short period of time and combine with a new bottle without washing the dropper separately. However, if you need to wash it, wipe the outside of the dropped with a tissue soaked in alcohol and use it after it has dried sufficiently.

Q: What is the age range that can use this product?
This product can be used from the teenage years through one’s 50s and 60s. Because it is a high-dose pure vitamin C formulation, you may feel a stinging sensation. We recommend starting with every-other-day use for a skin test adaptation period.
