1. How do I care for my Gua Sha tool?
You can clean your tool prior to or after each use with warm water and a skin-friendly cleanser.
2. Can Gua Sha be used for all skin types and conditions?
While practicing Gua Sha is great for clearing breakouts, it should not be used directly over active breakouts. In addition, Gua Sha is not recommended on cold sores, open wounds, fresh bruising, eczema, dermatitis, undiagnosed lumps or swelling, psoriasis, broken capillaries, and warts.
3. How often should I practice Gua Sha?
For best results, daily use is encouraged. However, you will still be able to see the benefits by practicing at least 3 times per week.
