How to use:

Before using eyeliner, apply powder or eye shadow to thoroughly remove oil from the area around your eyes.
Fill in the empty spaces between your eyelashes and draw a line that fits the shape of your eyes.
When you have used up all the liner, twist the bottom of the eyeliner.
You can use it like an eye shadow by spreading it on the aegyo-sal, triangle under the eyes, and double eyelid line and blending it quickly.
