Q1. Where is a good place to use?
A1. After exposed to hot scorching sun, paste on irritated skin

Q2. Is it good to use for oily and enlarged pore skin?
A2. They did a clinical test to check pore tightening effect. Good for pore enlarged skin.

Q3. Can I use it even though my skin is sensitive?
A3. There is an individual difference, but we did skin irritation test in external
lab to check, so even sensitive skin can use. If you unsure, please cut the pad and use a small piece on your wrist as patch test.

Q4. Even though I put in room temperature, the cooling effect will continue?
A4. Collagen Ice Gel pad has cooling agent and made with auto cooling method, so you can leave in room temperature. After opening the pouch, wait 30sec-1minute, so it can be more cool down. After using on face, if it
becomes not cool any more, please take it out and leave in room temperature. It will recool again.
