Q1. How is the ampoule different from the Rejuve ampoule?
A1. It contains about twice as much content of key ingredients such as amino acids, peptides, and vitamin B12 than the Rejuve ampoule. It is a
new ampoule with new ingredients added and has double functionality for whitening and wrinkle improvement. It is a formula that has been
carefully selected after many tests in Lavien.
Q2. Do I have to use it every day?
A2. If you have used the Rejuve Ampoule, you can use it the same number of times. For the first-time users, use it once a week for 5
weeks after the toner step. After 5 weeks of use, take a month off and repeat the pattern once a week for 5 weeks.
Q3. Can I apply the ampoule without using the micro-roller?
A3. Yes, you can. However, it is more effective to apply the ampoule after using the roller since the roller helps prepare the skin for better absorption.
Q4. I'd like to know how to use the micro-roller / mi-roll together with the ampoule.
A4. 1) When using with mi-roll After toning your skin, place the roller on your face and roll it up
and down, and side to side, for about 2-3 times in one area. Make sure to roll it gently. For under the eyes, roll it even more gently. After rolling, apply the Carni Double Effect Ampoule thoroughly all over the face. It is best to apply the ampoule within 3 minutes after using the roller.
2) When using with micro-roller
The micro-roller contains active ingredients in the roller chips, and
when used with the ampoule, the roller chips are absorbed into the skin. Make sure your skin is dry when using the micro-roller. (Rollingmethod is similar to mi-roll) After rolling, apply the Carni Double Effect Ampoule thoroughly all over the face. It is best to apply the ampoule within 3 minutes after using the roller.For the remaining ampoule on skin, use the roller once again for betterabsorption. (As the roller chip melts, it is absorbed together with the ampoule and helps take care of your skin.)

Rejuve Skin Roller:
Q1. How long can I use the roller after opening it?
A1. The roller (head) is a one time usage product. Please use the product immediately
after opening and discard after usage.
Q2. I have a small round object in the roller wrapper. What is it used for?
A2. It is a desiccant used to maintain the rigidity of the needle formulation.
Discard with the used roller and the wrapper.
Q3. How often should I use it?
A3. It is recommended to use the micro needle roller together with the ampoule once a
week. Please replace the roller (head) with a new piece for your next usage.
Q4. How do you use it?
- Clean your face with a toner
- Insert the roller onto the handle. Be careful not to touch the roller with your hands (it is a product that is used to roll against the skin and has been sterilized).
- Roll it 3 times horizontally, vertically and diagonally until ampoule is fully absorbed.
- After rolling, you can apply any ampoule of your choice on your face and continue to roll again until ampoule is fully absorbed.
- Finish up with any cream or moisturiser of your choice.
