Device Care Tip:
1. After using the device, lightly wipe the head the head surface of the device using the dedicated cleaner provided and dry it for storage.
2. In case there are impurities on the part (the head) of the device that touches the skin after use, clean it with a cloth (that is included in the box), gauze, wet tissue or cotton swabs. Do not wipe the product's surface with an excessively strong force and avoid using chemicals such as alcohol, benzene or thinner to prevent any degeneration of the surface.
3. Keep the product out of direct sunlight in a sealed space.
4. DO NOT keep or use the device in the following places to prevent bodily injuries caused by the device/induced fire accident/electric shock:
- places where heat is generated (under direct sunlight or electric heaters)
- places with excessively high or low temperature (0 degree celcius /40 degree celcius)
- Places with high humidity, dirt or soot
- Near inflammables or volatile liquids.
- Places where there is a risk of falling into water or other liquids e.g sink etc
- Dishwasher, oven, washing machine etc
- Places with strong vibrations
5. After using the device, please wipe off skin care product clung onto it so as to prevent this product from breaking down or causing any harm to the skin when being put to use again.
6. Make sure to turn off the device and store it properly after using it.

Precautions for beauty device:
1. Set the product at level 1 for first-time use and increase the level gradually. The level of the skin irritation may vary by individual. Keep the level that doesn't cause the excessive skin irritation.
2. It is advised to consult a doctor before use for idiosyncratic cases, such as skin diseases, allergies and skin sensitivity, and during a dermatologist treatment.
3. It is recommended to use this product after skin has recovered following plastic surgery or dermatologist treatment and procedures (after approx 2 months).
4. It is not recommended to use this product for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers or those with lowered immunity.
5. It is recommended that those wearing cardiac pacemaker implant to not use this product.
6. Keep infants, toddlers and children under age of 12 away from using this product.
7. Skin condition may change temporarily regardless of product use due to change of seasons, external environmental factors, drinking, stress and other physical causes. If there is a change in the skin's condition, stop using the product. It is advised to wait until the skin returns to normal or consult a doctor before using the product again.
8. Stop using the product if redness, itchiness or purulent inflammation occur repeatedly during use.
9. Do not use the product after shaving, removing body hair or on areas with wounds or other abnormal skin responses.
10. It is advised to use the product within the recommended duration of use.
11. Remove any accessories in advance on areas where the device will be used.
12. Do not use the device while driving or walking.
13. This product is a skin care device. Do not use for purposes other than its original usage.
14. Pressing the buttons with an excessive force may cause malfunctioning.
15. Do not disassemble, repair or convert this product. Any malfunction may induce a risk of fire, electric shock and injury.
16. Be careful not to drop the product while carrying it.
17. Do not expose the target skin area to ultraviolet radiation directly within 48 hours after hair removal.

Q1. Is there any skincare products to avoid?
A1. Do not apply penetrative products such as Retinol. We recommend you to use calming products.

Q2. Besides the PDRN ampoule, can it be used with other skincare products?
A2. Yes, you may use your own skin care.

Q3. What is the appropriate amount of ampoule to use, how to determine this?
A3. The amount of ampoule is subjective depending each individual.

Q4. Do we need to reapply the ampoule if we find it hard to glide?
A4. Reapplying the ampoule is necessary for more efficiency.

Q5. Is it recommended for acne skin?
A5. Not advisable for those with serious acne condition with open wounds. Light or mild acne condition is perfectly alright.

Q6. Can those who have done laser before use?
A6. Not advisable to use the device right after laser treatment. Wait until full recovery (approx 2 months) before using the device.

Q7. How long should they wait after the laser treatment?
A7. Approx 2 months.

Q8. For those with fillers or botox done, is this device suitable for them?
A8. Recommend to use the device after skin has recovered fully. (approx 2 months) Best is to confirm and check with your dermatologist whether your skin is recovered fully before using it.

A9. Brightening mode(red): recommend 3 times a week (5mins)
Absorption mode (blue): recommend once a day (5mins)

Q11. How to incorporate into skincare routine? At which step should the machine be used?
A11. Red light mode is to be used after cleansing and before skincare, on dry face. Blue mode and pink mode are to be used after application of serum or ampoule.

Q18. To turn on the machine, need to press and hold the power button? Or just press once to turn on and press again to choose the level of intensity? Is the level chosen indicated?
A: Press the power button for 1 second to turn on, after it is turned on, press the mode button to change the mode. A voice will inform the current mode when button is pressed. (Brightening mode -> Absorption mode -> Firming mode), press the level button below the mode button to change to your desired level. A voice will indicate the current level when the button is pressed.

Q19. How does it feel on the skin? Is there any heating sensation?
A19. No there is no heating but there is a slight prickly sensation.

Q20. How long to see result?
A20. Clinical data shows even single time use has results. But as this is a home beauty device, it is gentle on the skin hence the results are not shown as quickly and obvious compared to aesthetic clinic treatments.

Q22. How frequently to charge the machine? How long to charge each time?
A22. If the battery is low, the LED light blinks in aqua (light blue) colour until it automatically turned off. The aqua light will turn green when the battery becomes fully charged.
