HOW TO CONSUME

• Take 1 or 2 film once a day. Stick film at the roof or inner side of cheek in the mouth.
• Step 1: After opening the oral dissolving film, you have to pick it up with your fingers and attach it to your oral mucous membrane so remember to wash your hands first.
• Step 2: Open the film pouch. Gently open the film pouch from the opening side.
• Step 3: Attach the oral dissolving film to the roof of your mouth.

Attach it to the roof of your mouth whenever and wherever you want.

2. How many times should I take it?
Attach 1 film a day to the roof of your mouth.
It’s okay to take 2 films twice a day in a row or at intervals.

3. Can 5x and 3x be taken concurrently?
Yes, you can!

4. Can vegetarians or vegans consume Glutathione 5X?
There is a small amount of milk in the product. As there are varied types of vegetarian diets, we recommend individuals to check the ingredient list before purchase or consumption.

5. Is it safe for pregnant or lactating women?
Pregnant and lactating women can also take it. However, since it is a sensitive period, please consult with your doctor before taking it.

6. Is it suitable for all age groups?
Yes it is. However, we do not recommend 1-2 years old children who doesn't have full control over their bodies to consume as it might get stuck in the throat.

7. Should this product be taken before or after food?
It can be taken before or after a meal, so please take it at a time when you can consume it consistently.

8. Is there any animal derived ingredients since it is not vegan?
The product does not contain animal ingredients. However, it is manufactured in the same facility as products using pine nuts, eggs (poultry), buckwheat, peanuts, soybeans, wheat, mackerel, crab, shrimp, pork, peaches, tomatoes, sulfite, walnuts, chicken, beef, squid, shellfish (including oysters, abalone, mussels). They should check if this is okay for them before consuming.

9. This is not halal-certified but can it be consumed by Muslims?
